Ultimate LEDs Promotional Terms & Conditions

These comprehensive terms and conditions govern all promotional offers, discounts, and rewards operated by Ultimate LEDs (referred to as “the Company,” “we,” or “our”). By participating in any promotion, the customer (“you”) agrees to be bound by these terms.

1. General Terms & Eligibility (All Promotions)

1.1 Eligibility

Unless otherwise specified, promotions are open to new and existing customers who are residents of the UK and aged 18 or over. Promotions are typically designated as B2B (Business-to-Business) or B2C (Business-to-Consumer).

1.2 General Restrictions

• Discounts and promotional codes are for single use unless otherwise stated.
• Only one promotional offer or discount code can be applied per order. Offers cannot be combined or stacked unless explicitly permitted by the Company.
• Discounts are applied to the net product value and exclude shipping costs, VAT, and installation services.

1.3 Returns and Refunds

In the event of product returns, the refund amount will be based on the discounted price paid, not the original retail price. Any discount or promotional offer applied to the original purchase will be factored into the refund calculation.

2. ‘Spin the Wheel’ Instant Win Promotion and Volume Discounts

These terms and conditions apply specifically to prizes won through the Ultimate LEDs Spin-the-Wheel instant reward mechanism, as well as the standard B2C Volume Discount.

2.1 Eligibility and Usage (Spin the Wheel)

• Eligibility: This promotion is open to new subscribers only. Only one spin is permitted per unique email address. Ultimate LEDs reserves the right to invalidate any code obtained through fraudulent or multiple entries.
• Promotional Period: This promotion is valid only for spins and redemptions initiated between November 24, 2025, and November 30, 2025.
• Validity: All codes and prizes are valid for 48 hours from the time they are issued. After this period, the code will automatically expire and cannot be reinstated.
• Non-Transferable: Codes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Exclusion: Codes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or existing B2B trade discount.

2.2 Prize Specific Requirements (Spin the Wheel)

All prize discounts won through the Spin the Wheel mechanism are applied to the product subtotal (pre-shipping and tax/VAT) and do not require a Minimum Order Value (MOV) to be redeemed.

2.3 B2C Volume Discount (15% Off)

• Offer Details: This B2C-designated promotion offers a 15% discount on the total product value.
• Minimum Order Value (MOV): The discount applies only when the basket contains a minimum product value of £150.00. This Minimum Order Value is calculated based only on the price of the products and expressly excludes VAT (Tax) and Shipping costs.
• Restriction: This 15% discount is subject to all restrictions laid out in Section 2.1 and cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or coupon code.

3. Trustpilot Review Discount

3.1 Offer Details

Customers are eligible to receive a 5% discount code upon successfully submitting and verifying a review of the Company’s service or products on the third-party platform Trustpilot.

3.2 Verification & Issuance

The 5% discount code will be issued via email to the customer after the Company verifies that the review is authentic, successfully published on Trustpilot, and linked to a confirmed order.

3.3 Restriction

The 5% discount code is for single use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or coupon code at checkout.

4. Monthly £50 Store Credit Draw

4.1 Eligibility Criteria

All B2C orders placed within a calendar month are automatically entered into the monthly draw for a £50 Store Credit Voucher, provided they meet the following crucial condition: Order must be finalized, meaning the returns window has closed. For clarity, orders become eligible for the draw after the standard 14-day return period has fully elapsed, confirming the purchase has been kept by the customer.

4.2 Draw and Notification Details

• One winner will be drawn at random on the first working day of the following month.
• The winner’s announcement will be made via Ultimate LEDs social media channels.
• The Company will make contact with the winner directly via the email address used to place the eligible order.
• The prize is a non-transferable £50 store credit voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Use of the £50 store credit voucher requires a minimum order value of £200 Ex Vat.

4.3 Claiming the Prize

The winner must respond to the Company’s notification email within 14 days to claim the £50 store credit. If the winner fails to respond within this timeframe, the Company reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

5. Amendments

Ultimate LEDs reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice (but will honor all valid codes issued within their respective promotional periods). Any changes to these master terms will be published here.
